Our Strategy
Our Investment strategy will continue to evolve as market conditions change. Our general investment guidelines will be to diversify investment first by risk categories and then on other asset, product and geographic concerns.
This strategy will focus on top branded hotels from upscale select-service to upscale full-service hotels from 75 rooms to 200 rooms.
In addition to hotels, our platform supports self-storage, apartments, retail, restaurant and other hospitality service business investment.
